I have been a vegetarian for over twenty years, but in the Fall of 2011 I started the Coronary Heart Improvement Program (CHIP). It was during this time I learned the importance of a healthy, strong plant based life.
I am fortunate that my husband has joined the effort and is living the life with me.
We are still working some charm on our 11 year old.
